Turkey Fillets Creole

Ingredients
  Turkey breast 675 Gram
  Seasoned flour 125 Milliliter
  Spanish onion 2 , diced
  Green bell peppers 2 , diced
  Red bell pepper 1 , diced
  Safflower oil 45 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 15 Milliliter
  Tomatoes 750 Milliliter, crushed
  Chopped green onions 125 Milliliter
  Parsley 30 Milliliter, chopped
Directions

Cut the turkey in 3/4" (2 cm) wide strips, dust with flour.
In a large Dutch oven fry the turkey, onions and peppers in the oil until the turkey is cooked through.
Add the seasoning, Worcestershire and tomatoes, reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/4 hours.
Add the green onion and parsley simmer for 5 minutes longer.
Serve over noodles or rice.
