Turkey Fillets Creole
|Turkey breast||675 Gram|
|Seasoned flour||125 Milliliter|
|Spanish onion||2 , diced|
|Green bell peppers||2 , diced|
|Red bell pepper||1 , diced|
|Safflower oil||45 Milliliter|
|Worcestershire sauce||15 Milliliter|
|Tomatoes||750 Milliliter, crushed|
|Chopped green onions||125 Milliliter|
|Parsley||30 Milliliter, chopped|
Cut the turkey in 3/4" (2 cm) wide strips, dust with flour.
In a large Dutch oven fry the turkey, onions and peppers in the oil until the turkey is cooked through.
Add the seasoning, Worcestershire and tomatoes, reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/4 hours.
Add the green onion and parsley simmer for 5 minutes longer.
Serve over noodles or rice.
