Hawaiian Pork Roast

Ingredients
  Boneless pork loin 2 Kilogram
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Pepper 1 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Soya sauce 60 Milliliter
  Honey 45 Milliliter
  Catsup 60 Milliliter
Directions

Place the top loin in a roaster, rub with half the garlic and season with the salt and pepper.
Roast in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 2 1/2 hours or until cooked through.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl and brush the roast at least 6 times during roasting.
Brush one final time before carving and serving.
