Ingredients
  Unsweetened coconut milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain milk yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple chunks 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut extract 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar substitute 2 Tablespoon (2 Packets)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 8
  Lime 2
Directions

Put coconut milk, yogurt, pineapple, coconut extract, sugar substitute, lime juice, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend at high speed until smooth. Serve, garnished with lime slices.
