Pina Colada Smoothie
|Unsweetened coconut milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Plain milk yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut extract||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sugar substitute||2 Tablespoon (2 Packets)|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
Put coconut milk, yogurt, pineapple, coconut extract, sugar substitute, lime juice, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend at high speed until smooth. Serve, garnished with lime slices.
