Cheese Strata

Ingredients
  White bread slice 12 (Remove Crust)
  Frozen chopped broccoli 10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)
  American cheese 3⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs), finley diced
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut 12 "doughnuts and holes" from bread; set aside.
Fit scraps of bread, with top crusts removed, in bottom of 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.
Place cheese in layer over bread.
Add layer of broccoli, then ham.
Arrange bread "doughnuts and holes" on top.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread and all.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 55 minutes.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese 5 minutes before end of baking time.
Let stand 10 minutes - cut in squares.
Serves 12.
