Beef 'N' Broccoli Noodles
|Broccoli florets||500 Milliliter|
|Peanut oil||15 Milliliter|
|Flank steak||450 Gram, sliced|
|Oyster sauce||45 Milliliter|
Cook the noodles in a large kettle of boiling water.
Drain and transfer to a serving plate, reserve hot.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes.
In a wok or large skillet heat the oil.
Quickly fry the steak in the oil.
Add the broccoli.
Fry for 1 minute.
Add the oyster sauce.
Fry for 1 minute more.
Pour the beef over the noodles and serve at once.
