Coconut Peanut Butter Cups
|Creamy peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Angel flake coconut||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Baker'S)|
Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg, mixing until well blended.
Press into bottoms of 50 miniature (1 1/4-inch) paper or aluminum baking cups, using 1 1/2 level teaspoons in eac.
Combine milk and coconut.
Spoon into cups over peanut butter base, using 1 teaspoon in each cup.
Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool and remove papers.
