Creole Sauce

  Safflower oil 45 Milliliter
  Diced onions 3
  Diced green bell peppers 2
  Diced celery stalks 3
  Peeled seeded chopped tomatoes 20
  Salt 10 Milliliter
  Paprika 10 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 5 Milliliter
  Onion powder 5 Milliliter
  Cayenne pepper 5 Milliliter
  White pepper 3 Milliliter
  Black pepper 3 Milliliter
  Basil leaves 5 Milliliter
  Oregano leaves 3 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Diced green onions 6
  Chopped parsley 3 Ounce (1 Bunch)

Heat the oil in a large sauce pan.
Saute the onion, celery and green pepper until tender.
Add the tomatoes and seasoning, simmer gently until the desired thickness has been achieved (about 4 hours).
Add the green onion and parsley.
Simmer 15 minutes longer.
Sauce is ready for use.
