Hawaiian Cheese Pie
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Melted margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple with juice||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Flaked coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell||1|
Combine eggs, milk, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and margarine.
Beat until smooth.
Add pineapple and coconut.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until center of pie is set Cool and serve.
