Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  White distilled vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Granulated sugar substitute 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Tablespoon (Such As Tabasco)
Directions

Mix cider vinegar, distilled vinegar, sugar substitute, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, and pepper sauce in a bowl, whisking until sugar substitute dissolves.
Serve with pork, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 months.
Stir or shake before using.
