Insideout Meat And Bacon Burgers

This burgers are delicious, instead of putting the cheese & bacon on top, you put them inside. This changes the flavor of the burger.
Ingredients
  Ground meat 1 Pound
  Bacon slices 8 Medium, diced
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Hamburger buns 4
  Lettuce 4
  Tomato slices 4
  French fries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Optional)
Directions

1. eason the meat
2. Fry bacon, when it’s done, put it over a paper napkin
3. Divide meat in 4 balls, fill each one with cheese & bacon, close them; try not to flatten to much
4. Fry them with bacon fat, until golden
5. Prepare them just the way you like it
