Cajun Style Shrimp
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Cajun spice||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Shrimp||1 Pound (Peeled And Deveined)|
In a large bowl, blend together first 7 ingredients.
Add shrimp and toss with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate several hours.
Preheat grill or oven to 450 degrees.
If grilling, place shrimp on skewers and grill for 7 minutes, until no longer transparent.
If baking, place in 9 x 13 inch pan with some marinade and cook 7 to 10 minutes, turning once.
Can be served alone or on top of buttered noodles.
