Ingredients
  Butter 45 Milliliter
  Sliced red bell pepper 1
  Sliced green bell pepper 1
  Sliced onion 1 Small
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chopped fresh parsley 15 Milliliter
  Peeled seeded chopped tomatoes 500 Milliliter
  Fish broth 1 Liter
  White wine 500 Milliliter
  Peeled and deveined shrimp 115 Gram
  Red snapper slices 225 Gram
  Raw crayfish tail 115 Gram
  Clams in shells 115 Gram
  Crab claws 115 Gram
  Bouquet garni 1
Directions

In a large Dutch oven or kettle, heat the butter.
Add the vegetables and saute until tender.
Add the parsley, tomatoes, broth and wine.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the fish, seafood, and bouquet garni.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Discard the bouquet garni and serve the stew.
