  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients; stir well.
Chill thoroughly.
