Maryland Style Wild Duck

Ingredients
  Wild ducks 2
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Ham fat 1 (Use A 4 Inch Square Piece)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees

MAKING
2) In a Dutch oven, place the ducks and add water to cover
3) Cook till the ducks are tender after adding onion, salt and ham fat
4) Discard onion and ham fat after draining off the liquid
5) In the Dutch oven, place the ducks breast side down
6) Bake until the ducks are browned at 450 degrees

SERVING
7) Cut into bite sized pieces before serving
