Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Rhubarb||4 Cup (64 tbs), cut in 1/2" pieces|
|Sliced fresh strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Mix together with rhubarb and strawberries.
Pour into a lightly greased 11" x 7" pan.
Bake at 400° for 5 minutes while biscuit topping is prepared.
