Easy Beef Stew

|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Lean round steak||16 Ounce, cut into 36 pieces|
|Diced raw potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sliced carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine tomato soup, water, and parsley flakes.
Stir in meat.
Add potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
