Cheese Strata

Ingredients
  Bread slices 6 , cubed
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pork sausage 1 Pound, browned
  Beaten eggs 4 , beaten
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Pinch
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped / sliced
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped / sliced
Directions

Layer bread, cheese, mushrooms, onions, sausage in bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan.
Blend egg/milk mixture in blender and pour over layered mixture.
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT -COVERED TIGHTLY.
Top with crushed buttered corn flakes.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
Test with knife blade in center for doneness.
DO NOT OVERBAKE BECAUSE IT WILL GO FLAT.
