Uncle Sam Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Medium, grated
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mustard seed 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Toss the cabbage, carrot, and pepper in a large salad bowl, In a saucepan combine vinegar, mustard seed, sugar and celery seed.
Bring mixture to boil for 1 minute and allow to cool.
Pour over cabbage mixture and serve chilled.
