Hawaiian Roast Chicken
|Roasting chicken||2 Kilogram|
|Minced garlic cloves||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Soya sauce||60 Milliliter|
|Liquid honey||45 Milliliter|
Place the chicken in a roaster, rub with half the garlic, season with the salt and pepper.
Roast in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 2 1/2 hours or until cooked through.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl and brush the chicken at least 6 times during roasting.
Brush one final time before carving and serving.
