Hawaiian Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Minced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Round hard rolls 6 Large
  Pineapple rings 6 , well drained
  Grated mild cheddar cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Mix chicken, celery, mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and pecans.
Taste for salt and add more if needed.
Slice tops off rolls and pull out soft centers—hollows should be large enough to hold about 1/2 cup chicken mixture. (Save centers for bread crumbs.)
Fill rolls with chicken mixture, top with pineapple, and sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 3-4" from heat 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
