Healthy Kale Chips

Ingredients
  Kale 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (as required)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste. You can also use jobo seasoning instead)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (to taste)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven.

MAKING
2 Using a pair of kitchen scissors, cut the kale leaves in to bite size pieces.
3 On a baking dish, arrange the kale leaves in a single layer.
4 Drizzle with some olive oil (or use a olive oil spray).
5 Season to taste.
6 Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.

SERVING
7 Serve as a replacement to potato chips.
