Prawn Creole

Ingredients
  Butter 125 Gram
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Capsicum 1 Large, seeded and chopped
  Celery stalks 3 , chopped
  Plain flour 185 Milliliter
  Canned button mushrooms 405 Gram (1 Can)
  Canned tomatoes 875 Gram (1 Can)
  Chicken stock/Water and chicken stock cube 250 Milliliter
  Paprika pepper 1 Pinch
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Prawns 1 Kilogram, shelled
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Boiled rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Serving)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in a large saucepan, add onion, capsicum and celery and fry until golden brown.
Stir in flour, add all remaining ingredients except prawns, cook slowly for 30 minutes.
Adjust seasoning and add prawns to saucepan 10 minutes before serving.
