Southern Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Torn fresh spinach 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Shredded iceberg lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oranges 2 , sectioned
  Grapefruit 2 , sectioned
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large salad bowl mix spinach, lettuce, orange sections, and grapefruit.
2) Mix thoroughly first 5 ingredients.
3) Pour the dressing and toss.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately sprinkled with paprika on top.
