Garden Veggie Lahvosh Pizza
|Cracker bread/10 5 inch round valley lahvosh cracker bread||1 (Use A 15 Inch, Round Valley Lahvosh Brand)|
|Pizza sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Basil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Bell peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced or chopped (In Assorted Colors)|
|Red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Spread or brush a thin layer of pizza sauce over Valley Lahvosh™ crackerbread. Sprinkle cheese on top of pizza sauce. Add basil, bell peppers and red onion. Bake in 275° oven for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
PLEASE NOTE: Although baking is recommended for the best results, pizzas can be broiled 2-3 minutes in lieu of baking.
