Classic Creole Sauce

This Classic Creole Sauce could be teamed up with any vegan dish, smoked or boiled, for any occasion.
Ingredients
  Sweet peppers 4 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Gravy/Brown sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (gravy powder)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon (chopped or minced)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Olives 6
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Grape juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, melt butter.
2. Add onions and pepper and let it fry gently over a low flame for 5 minutes.
3. Add tomato juice, mushrooms and olives. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add gravy and bring it to a boil.
5. Add seasoning and grape juice.

SERVING
6. Serve Classic Creole Sauce by pouring it over vegetables.
