Cobb Salad

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1⁄2 , shredded
  Cooked chicken breasts 2 , diced
  Tomatoes 2 , diced
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Cooked bacon slices 6 , crumbled
  Crumbled roquefort cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Avocados 2 Medium, cut into wedges
  Chives 1 Tablespoon
  Brown dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a salad bowl and place the lettuce.
2) Add tomatoes, eggs, chicken, bacon and cheese over the lettuce leaf.
3) Add wedges of avocado and sprinkle the salad with chives.

SERVING
4) Toss the salad with Brown Derby dressing and serve.
