|Cauliflower||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrot||2 Tablespoon, finely grated|
|Red cabbage||2 Tablespoon, finely grated|
|Yellow squash||2 Tablespoon, finely grated|
|Barbecue onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Barbecued onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whole wheat tortilla/Chapati / pita||1|
|Lettuce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely shredded|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sea salt/Spike/ salt-free seasoning||1 Dash|
1) To prepare the vegetables, cut broccoli florets lengthwise keeping the upper portion of stalk. Also, bring out tiny florets from cauliflower.
2) In a vegetable steamer, add broccoli and cauliflower. Cover the steamer with a lid and allow the vegetable to steam over boiling water for 5 minutes or until vegetables turn tender when tested with tip of sharp knife.
3) In a big serving bowl, add the steamed vegetables along with carrot, cabbage, and squash and mix thoroughly.
