Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cauliflower 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrot 2 Tablespoon, finely grated
  Red cabbage 2 Tablespoon, finely grated
  Yellow squash 2 Tablespoon, finely grated
  Barbecue onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Barbecued onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat tortilla/Chapati / pita 1
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Dill pickle 3
  Lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely shredded
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Avocado slice 2
  Sea salt/Spike/ salt-free seasoning 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) To prepare the vegetables, cut broccoli florets lengthwise keeping the upper portion of stalk. Also, bring out tiny florets from cauliflower.

MAKING
2) In a vegetable steamer, add broccoli and cauliflower. Cover the steamer with a lid and allow the vegetable to steam over boiling water for 5 minutes or until vegetables turn tender when tested with tip of sharp knife.

SERVING
3) In a big serving bowl, add the steamed vegetables along with carrot, cabbage, and squash and mix thoroughly.
