Easy Cajun Style Shrimp & Grits is a dish cooked in Chef Arthur King's father's restaurant. This dish is a very easy one. King has made few changes to it like the tomato paste for color and taste. Easy Cajun Style Shrimp & Grits is not only good for a meal it can be eaten for breakfast or a brunch.
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Instant grits 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Creole seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Melt butter and shrimps.
2. Season it with creole seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper and paprika.
3. Cook grits as per packagee instructions.
4. Add milk to grits. Add some tomato paste to it.
5. Add the shrmips and cheese to the grits and mix everything.
6. Serve the easy cajun style shrimp and grits for a nice meal.
