Cucumber and Tomato Salad

  Cucumber 1 1⁄2 Medium
  Tomato 1 Medium, deseeded
  Red onion 1⁄2 Medium
  Sea salt 2 Pinch
  Lemon 1⁄2 Medium
  Olive oil 1 Dash

1) Dice the cucumbers, tomato and onion into cubes.
2) In a mixing bowl, add the cucumbers, tomato and onion together, mix to them.
3) Squeeze in the lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil.
4) Sprinkle with the sea salt to taste and mix thoroughly.

5) Serve the cucumber and tomato salad immediately.
