|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange||1 Small, juiced|
|Lemon||1 Small, juiced|
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Bananas||3 , sliced lengthwise|
|Cinnamon sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Banana liqueur brandy||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jigger)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Pint|
1. Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan over a low heat.
2. Add orange juice and lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
3. Add bananas, half the cinnamon sugar and the banana liqueur. Add a little brandy and light the brandy. Continue stirring while the brandy flames exist until the pure caramel sauce is created.
4. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
