Bananas Foster

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange 1 Small, juiced
  Lemon 1 Small, juiced
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bananas 3 , sliced lengthwise
  Cinnamon sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Banana liqueur brandy 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jigger)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint
Directions

1. Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan over a low heat.
2. Add orange juice and lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
3. Add bananas, half the cinnamon sugar and the banana liqueur. Add a little brandy and light the brandy. Continue stirring while the brandy flames exist until the pure caramel sauce is created.
4. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
