Hawaiian Patties

Ingredients
  Canned chunk ham 13 1⁄2 Ounce, flaked (2 Cans Of 6 3/4 Ounce Each)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Canned crushed pineapple in juice 8 Ounce, drained, reserve 1 tablespoon juice (1 Can)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Divided)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place ham in medium mixing bowl.
Add bread crumbs, egg, crushed pineapple, 2 tablespoons onions and the pepper.
Mix well.
Shape into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Place patties on roasting rack.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 10 to 16 minutes, or until patties are firm, rotating rack once.
In small bowl, blend reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar and mustard.
Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons onions.
Spoon sauce over patties.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is hot.
