Raw Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
  Fresh peaches 5
  Lemon 2
  Cashew nuts 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Coconut oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla agave nectar 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, place the peaches and squeeze the lime over them.
2. In a food processor, put cashew nuts and grind well. Add in the coconut oil, vanilla agave nectar and cinnamon. Mix altogether.
3. Add the cashew mixture to the bowl and mix with the peaches.Refrigerate before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve the Raw Peach Cobbler as it is.
