Halibut Hawaiian

Ingredients
  Frozen halibut steaks 24 Ounce, Defrosted (Two 12 Ounce Packages)
  Sweet sour sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned pineapple rings 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Tomato wedges 4
  Parsley sprigs 4
Directions

Cut Halibut in serving pieces.
Arrange in (8 x 8-inch) baking dish.
Set aside.
Prepare Sweet-Sour Sauce, using juice from crushed pineapple and pineapple rings.
Reserve 1/2 cup sauce.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup Sweet-Sour Sauce, crushed pineapple, bread crumbs, lemon juice and curry powder.
Spread mixture on Halibut.
Pour reserved sauce evenly over top.
Cover with plastic wrap.
MICROWAVE 15 to 18 MINUTES on ' 8', or until fish flakes easily.
Garnish each serving with 1 pineapple ring.
Place tomato wedge and parsley sprig in center of ring.
