Cheese Apple Noodle Pudding
|Wide noodles||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked|
|Canned sliced apples||1 Pound, undrained (2 Cups, 1 Can)|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Mix brown sugar, bread crumbs, and butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumbs over noodles.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375° F.) for about 20 minutes.
Serve warm with cream.
