Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Creamy peanut butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Egg 1 Large
  Whipping cream 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped unsalted peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Miniature peanut butter cup candies 13 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes.
Add egg, whipping cream, and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, soda, and salt.
Add to peanut butter mixture; stir well.
Stir in peanuts.
Roll dough into 1/4" balls.
Press dough into miniature (1 1/4") muffin pans lined with paper cups.
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven; press a peanut butter cup into center of each cookie.
Bake 2 more minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
