Hurry Beef Stew
|Cut up carrot||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use 4 Medium Sized To Make 1 1/2 Inch Pieces)|
|Cut up celery||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use 4 Stalks To Make 1 1/2 Inch Pieces)|
|Cubed cooked lean beef||1⁄2 Pound (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quartered turnips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Small Sized)|
|Onion||1 Medium, quartered|
|Garlic salt/1/4 teaspoon instant minced garlic||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bouillon cube/1 teaspoon instant bouillon||1|
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 45 to 60 minutes until vegetables are tender and flavors well blended.
Remove bay leaf.
