Cajun Chicken Sandwiches
|Cayenne pepper sauce||3 Tablespoon, divided (Frank'S Red Hot Sauce)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Cajun seasoning blend||4 Teaspoon, divided|
|Thin sliced chicken breast cutlets||1 Pound (4 Boneless Pieces)|
|Mild chunky salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Chunky-Style)|
|Soft rolls||4 , split|
Combine 2 tablespoons Frank's RedHot Sauce, oil and 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning in cup. Brush mixture onto both sides of chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Combine salsa, remaining 1 tablespoon Frank's RedHot Sauce and 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning in small bowl; set aside. Place chicken on grid. Grill over medium-high coals 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning once. To serve, layer lettuce, cooked chicken and salsa mixture on rolls, dividing evenly.
