Yummy & Crunchy Coleslaw
|Granny smith apples||2|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Shred the cabbage finely; grate the carrots; peel, core and chop the apples; chop the celery and place all in a salad bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss.
Combine mayonnaise and cream together and pour over the salad.
Toss well, then cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
At serving, sprinkle salad with walnuts and parsley and toss.
