Wild Rice Minnesota Style
|Chicken broth||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Wild rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), washed|
|Shredded celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Pimento||1 , chopped|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Preheat oven to moderate (375° F.).
2. Place all the ingredients except one cup of the broth in a six-cup greased casserole. Cover tightly and bake about one and one-half hours, adding more broth as necessary.
