Calico Salisbury Steaks
|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef||1⁄4 Pound|
|Salisbury sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine rice, green pepper, onion, parsley, salt, garlic salt, and dash pepper.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape the mixture into four oval patties, 1 inch thick.
Grill over hot coals for 15 minutes, turning once.
Serve with Salisbury Sauce.
If desired, thread pickle chunks and green olives on skewers; garnish each burger with kabob.
