Hawaiian Marinade

Ingredients
  Pineapple juice/Orange juice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Oil 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Soya sauce 63 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together.
This marinade is used for beef and pork cuts. Ideal for barbecuing, especially lamb shanks.
