Seafood Okra Gumbo

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions and tops 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed / finely chopped
  Frozen okra 10 Ounce, defrosted and sliced (1 Package)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole bay leaf 1
  Liquid hot pepper sauce 6 Drop
  Cleaned raw shrimp 1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen)
  Crab meat 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh / Frozen / Canned)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 2 Pound (2 Cans Of 1 Pound Each)
Directions

Thaw frozen seafood.
In 3-quart casserole, combine butter, onions, celery, garlic, okra and seasonings.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 2 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until celery is tender, stir once or twice.
Add shrimp, crab meat and tomatoes.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 8 to 12 MINUTES on HIGH, or until shrimp is cooked.
Stir once or twice during cooking time.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Remove bay leaf.
Serve with rice, if desired.
