  Chopped onion 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Carrots 2 Small, sliced
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Halibut/2 packages of 12 ounce frozen halibut, thawed 1 1⁄2 Pound

In large skillet, cook and stir onion, carrots, parsley, and garlic in hot oil until onion is tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in tomato sauce and water.
Cover; simmer 20 min.
Remove bones and skin from fish; cut into 1" cubes; add to sauce.
Cover; simmer 30 to 40 min.
