Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Tart red apples 4 Medium, diced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Emperor grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved, seeded
  Tiny marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs) (optional)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped
  Broken california walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (coarsely)
Directions

Sprinkle diced apple with lemon juice. Combine with celery, grapes, marshmallows, and mayonnaise. Fold in whipped cream. Chill Just before serving, add nuts in lettuce-lined bowl. Garnish with apple wedges and perfect walnut halves.
