Cheese Slaw Spread

Ingredients
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Green bell pepper 1 , diced
  Shredded red cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggless mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Chill in refrigerator before using as a sandwich filling or salad.
