Ingredients
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine corn meal and salt; add water and mix well.
Add milk; beat thoroughly.
Beat in eggs; add melted butter and baking powder; mix well.
Spoon over hot meat mixture.
