Homemade Game Day Dip

If an all-purpose dip - is what you are looking for, then here is the one. The game-day dip is just perfect for any special occasion at your home, including Super Bowl events. This thick and chunky dip offers a textured flavor, which can be enjoyed with anything like toasted bread cubes or veggies or chips. Go through the video and get ready for a perfect sporty event.

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((125 ml))
Thousand island dressing 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((125 ml))
Corned beef 4 Ounce , finely chopped ((thinly sliced corned beef))
Sauerkraut 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Garlic clove 1 Small , minced
Swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded

Directions

MAKING

1) In a saucepan, mix the mayonnaise, dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut and garlic until combined.

2) Place over medium-low heat and stir in the Swiss cheese.

3) Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until cheese is melted and dip is hot.

SERVING

4) Serve the dip with rye bread or chips or as desired.
