Wisconsin Dressing for Shredded Cabbage
|Garlic salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, cut into fine pieces|
Put all dry seasonings and sugar in mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup oil and beat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add 1 tablespoon vinegar and continue to beat.
Repeat process, adding oil in a thin stream and alternating with vinegar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until all has been used.
Then add parsley and onions.
Let stand for 1 hour before using.
