|Carrots||2 , grated|
|Golden raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Rice vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, and rinse and dry it.
Remove the core and grate the cabbage fine (which can be done in a food processor).
In a large bowl, mix the cabbage with all the remaining ingredients.
Chill an hour or so.
Toss well before serving.
