Ingredients
  Cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded or thinly sliced
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
Serve immediately.
